Requirements: Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields. A good team player who is independent, keen to learn, has strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the financial industry (either in Public Markets, or Private Markets), IT project management, software development, business analysis, and/or product management. Hands on experience in conducting business analysis functions, product discovery, stakeholder management, solution designing, and software test planning. Good understanding of design principles and user experience (UX) design, and able to work effectively with designers in prototyping and translating ideas into effective business solutions. Hands-on experience in working with teams that operate in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
Experience in production support of front office applications is an added advantage.
