Job DescriptionMaintain up-to-date, accurate records of stock movements and perform ground stock taking with inventory Accountant/ Audit team and investigate discrepancies. Ensure accurate of Goods Receiving process, Quality Checking, issuing process, Delivery in time process, Inventory control process, customer exchange & return items handling process.
Oversee storage systems to minimize damage and loss. Create and manage work schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor operation staff performanceMonitoring and Guideline to WH Staff, policies, procedures of warehouse to improve efficiency. Ensure effective use of space and efficient flow of goods. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Handle customer service issues related to damaged goods, returns, late shipments, or incorrect orders. Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports to Management on KPIs such as inventory accuracy and labor productivity.
