What You’ll DoParticipation & support of UNIT sales management cadenceAligned to specific Sales UNIT’sOwnership of WW projects and initiativesPart of a team of 4/5 analysts working for a Team LeaderKey ResponsibilitiesBuild, manage, and optimize Power BI dashboards to support sales performance tracking and forecasting. Connect and integrate multiple data sources (e. g. , Salesforce, Excel, SharePoint) into Power BI for automated reporting. Proven experience in independently developing and publishing executive-level dashboards and reports on PowerBI. Strong command of DAX to build complex measures and calculated fields for advanced business analysis. Power BI certification is preferred. Proficient in SQL with hands-on experience. (Teradata SQL knowledge is a strong plus)Expertise in Advanced Excel, including Macros, Pivot Tables, and data manipulation for reporting purposes. Salesforce. com management: Contact Records, Aged Opportunity management, User permissions, ARR Category Changes, Duplicated accountsMaintain and manage CRM data quality through regular audits and reports. Boostup Opportunity Pathing updatesSupport Unit SOMS with data and analysis prep for unit and functional quarterly business reviewsReporting to Right Shore Operations Team LeaderWho You’ll Work WithUNIT Sales Operations Managers (SOMS)Operations teams and collaborating departmentsUpper managementMinimum RequirementsCommunication skills for effective verbal and written communications with operations teams, collaborating departments, and upper managementAnalytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategiesProficiency in using Salesforce. com and database software tools (PowerBI, etc. ) for daily tasks, including running and interrogating reports, updating logic and filters, and creating new reporting viewsWhat You’ll BringSignificant experience in a relevant sales operation's roleBachelor’s degree in business or related fields (finance, statistics, reporting)Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboards. Power BI certification or relevant training (would be an added advantage).
