Job Description

A RIMOWA Retail Operation Executive, SEAO is responsible to support the Regional Retail Manager and Store’s. This position is responsible to support the retail team to deliver efficient retail operations that aligns with the brand direction and ensures an optimal and motivated work atmosphere. Retail ExcellenceEnsure in-store operations in highest standards and always align with company guidelines Generate a high level of collaboration and communication between retail team and other key stakeholdersParticipate in planning and execution of new systems and processes rollout in stores which include training the staff.

Assist in managing the daily operation process for all retail storesProvide administrative support to retail teamResponsible for all onboarding/offboarding matters by working closely with HR, IT, store managers with regard to uniforms, system access and schedulingEnsure all operational processes in compliance with company’s policies and all discrepancies to be tracked and reported in timely manner.

Participate and work with stores to prepare for annual stock takeMaintain roster overview and ensure optimal coverage based on business trends, events and product launchesProvide support and prepare for store network changes (opening, closing, renovations)Procurement and Vendor ManagementResponsible for vendor creation, PO creation and invoices submissionManage and ensure all expenses are in line with the budgetManage all instore materials such as collaterals, packaging materials, serving trays, tools, and any other operational needs. Consolidate uniform orders from stores and work with external vendors on procurement and distribution of uniforms to respective stores.

Work with all external vendors with regard to store related matters such maintenance, uniforms, cleaning etc. and follow up on quotations, purchase orders and contracts renewalsHandle B2B business coordination such as new vendor account creation, payment details and work with Logistics on delivery.

Commercial ReportsGenerate and prepare weekly sales performance reportConsolidate and upload monthly sales target into systemCompose monthly commission/incentive payout calculation and analysisConsolidate and submit monthly overtime & punctuality report Assist in preparing slides for business plans and doing presentationQualificationsDegree in Business Management or related disciplinesMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar roleProficiency in Excel, PP, Word and all office tools, Retail POS system knowledgeKnowledge of retail environment, Store management and OperationsAble to work in a matrixed organization negotiating deadlines from multiple departments in a fast-paced environment PERSONAL ATTRIBUTESAnalytical skills, results and actions oriented, structured and organized, strong communication skillResourceful and takes initiative, able to operate within guidelines and limitationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills and being able to communicate to different audiencesHigh level of independence, reliability and trustPositive, Energetic, can do attitude with an ability to be solution orientated Lead By example at all times and be a team player
