该职位来源于猎聘岗位职责： 1.负责原料药老项目的小试、中试研究，新项目的工艺承接和中试研究； 2.撰写研究方案、实验报告； 3.跟踪项目的国内外最新技术方案，并提出技术攻关项目； 4.整理专利、文章，并对所研究课题提出专利申请建议； 5.与各部门之间进行沟通和协调，为生产、项目申报、药品注册等相关部门提供必要支持。任职资格： 1. 硕士以上学历，有机合成、药物化学、药学、制剂相关专业； 2.具有良好的团队协作精神，沟通协调能力，高度的责任心和执行力；
