New Zealand’s Aluminium Smelter (NZAS), also known as Tiwai, , are on the look-out for a curious minded person to be part of a high performing team committed to providing business talent solutions across multiple business lines, supporting all site-based roles. In this 12-month fixed term role as our new Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll work closely with local community groups and iwi, stakeholders and support services, and be a vital part of our external partnerships committed to making meaningful impacts within the community.
Initial commencement in this role will be based in our Brisbane, Australia office for period of approx. 1-4weeks. What You’ll Be DoingIdentify key talent and proactively build and engage with candidates to create active talent poolsEstablish, develop and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure clarity of talent needs and the translation of this into an effective recruitment strategyEmbed yourself into the community, map out and participate in local recruitment and career campaigns and early career drives.
Facilitate and support end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple disciplinaries within the business with a strong focus on people, processes, and continuous improvement. Some travel is required nationally and to Brisbane, Australia.
