Our people truly are our greatest asset!Your role – Are you ready for a challenge?As a member of the Risk team, your role is to support the maintenance and constant improvement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework and to implement it by advising and assisting the business in the daily identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting of operational and strategic risks.Your Responsibilities Will Be As FollowsReview operational and strategic risks with subject matter experts and management as part of the self-assessment process;Analyse processes and controls and propose improvements to ensure that related risks are in line with the Company’s risk appetite;Review and advise on operational incidents; Support in the deep dive analysis of operational incidents;Assist in the preparation of reports to internal committees incl. the preparation of data;Perform control testing to assess the effectiveness of the control environment and report on results;Assist in the assessment of the capital requirements for operational risks under Solvency II;Develop and maintain the risk training material for the in-house online training platform;Liaise with other control functions such as Compliance and Internal Audit;Coordinate and supervise the maintenance of Corporate Policies, Procedures and Controls.Be an active contributor to raise the risk maturity level across the company.Your profile – Have you got what it takes to become our Risk Analyst?University degree with up to 2 years of relevant experience in risk, control or audit functions;Excellent familiarity with the common MS Office software is a must;Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Identify and suggest new ideas and solutions, continuously thinking out of the box;Excellent English verbal and written skills; any additional European language would be considered an asset.Ability to identify and analyse risks;Highly developed communication skills and confidence in interacting with colleagues across the company and within the risk team;Experience in writing reports to committees;Dedication and ability to produce high quality, accurate work under pressure and tight deadlinesAbility to prioritise among deliverables relating to multiple issues;Fast and enthusiastic learner;Sound knowledge of VBA.
