You’ll manage our governance systems and frameworks, support the Board and its Committees, and embed best-practice enterprise risk management across the organisation.This is a rare opportunity to shape the governance culture of a new public health entity — working closely with the CEO, Executive and Board to enable effective decision-making, safeguard compliance, and champion ethical, youth-centred leadership.What You'll DoProvide high-level company secretariat and governance support to the Board, Committees and Executive.Develop and maintain governance policies, charters, and frameworks.Lead the implementation and monitoring of the PYMHWS Enterprise Risk Management Framework.Advise the CEO, CFO and Board on emerging risks, compliance obligations and mitigation strategies.Maintain statutory registers, manage Board documentation, and ensure legislative compliance.Liaise with the Department of Health and external regulators on governance and compliance matters.Foster a culture of accountability, transparency and continuous improvement in governance practice.About YouYou’re an organised and discreet professional with a passion for integrity and excellence in public sector governance.
