Join us as a Risk & Quality Analyst!We are looking for a Risk & Quality Analyst to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our business remains resilient and future-ready. You will help us navigate risks and meet regulatory requirements. Collaborating across teams, you will embed a robust risk and control framework to support our business aims whilst fostering a proactive risk culture.What You'll Be DoingAssisting the Risk Manager with the day-day running of risk management within the business.Responding to and managing any incidents that are alerted to the risk team, ensuring all information is collected before being closed down. Assist in conducting risk assessments and Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA’s)Assist with control testing and reporting.Building risk maturity throughout the business. Assisting the risk manager in bringing in new risk processes that will assist the business in building their risk maturity. Assisting with NCP’s yearly insurance renewals. Working with multiple stakeholders to collect their key risk indicators on a quarterly basis Managing the risk register, ensuring all risks are up to date and they have the correct ownership and information. Assisting with collecting relevant information for the reporting at the internal risk committee Quality Control Assist with the quality control of NCP’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) Work with key stakeholders to ensure that the Standard Operating Documents (SOP’s) do not go out of date before they are updatedWhat We're Looking ForBackground or experience in a risk/compliance role Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills. A logical, evidence-based approach to problem-solving. Adaptability to tailor communication styles. Organisational and time-management skills. A proactive, collaborative mindset to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
