Ooredoo Tunisia is growing its team to develop its new Mobile Payment/FinTech business and is looking for a Risk & Compliance Specialist to join a dynamic fintech team and make a real impact in digital financial servicesRole Overview :The Risk & Compliance Specialist plays a critical role in managing risks and ensuring regulatory compliance across OFT Group. You will join a team of experts working across MENA and beyond, supporting risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation. Your work helps protect the company’s reputation, financial integrity, and stakeholder interests, contributing to OFT Tunisia’s success.Key Responsibilities :Conduct regular risk assessments and control reviews to understand OFT Tunisia’s risk profile. Help prepare and maintain risk management policies, including local risk limits. Apply capital and liquidity management policies based on risk profiles. Set up early warning systems for risk limit breaches. Provide input on decisions involving significant risks. Suggest measures to reduce risks and safeguard the company. Ensure compliance with regulations and support audits and inspections.Experience & Qualifications :Demonstrated success/experience in risk management, compliance, control oversight, or internal audit. Experience working with the Tunisian Central Bank and knowledge of regulatory frameworks. Experience developing and maintaining enterprise risk management protocols. Bachelor’s degree in law, management, accounting, or related field. Project management, problem-solving, and planning skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced fintech environment. Tech-savvy, with a focus on automation and efficiency. Strong communication skills to explain risk clearly. Influencing skills to engage teams at all levels.
