Risk Management Manager

We work closely with business units to identify potential threats, develop effective mitigation strategies, and foster a strong risk-aware culture. With a proactive approach and deep industry knowledge, the team ensures compliance, protects stakeholder interests, and supports sustainable business growth in a fast-evolving financial landscape.Responsibilities:Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies to mitigate potential threats and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Conduct risk assessments and analyses to identify vulnerabilities within the securities portfolio and operational processes.Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to anticipate potential impacts on the organization and adjust risk strategies accordingly.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote risk awareness and develop a risk conscious culture throughout the organization.Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and the board, highlighting key risk metrics and recommendations for improvement.Lead and mentor a team of risk management professionals, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.Oversee the implementation of risk management software and tools to enhance data collection, reporting, and analysis.Liaise with external auditors and regulators to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related fieldHave WPPE LicenseMinimum of 7 years of experience in Risk Management within the financial services or securities industry.Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management principles.Demonstrated experience in risk assessment methodologies and quantitative analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
