Your ResponsibilitiesProvide oversight and guidance on non-financial risks across local entities and fund ranges.Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, offering clear risk insights and helping to define effective mitigation strategies.Maintain risk data, controls, and key indicators to ensure effective monitoring.Oversee incident management, escalation, and follow-up actions.Deliver clear, value-added risk reporting to management and committees.Promote consistent, proactive risk practices and raise awareness across teamsYour ProfileProven experience in Non-Financial Risk Management within asset management is a must. Knowledge of operational resilience and/or DORA is a strong advantage.Strong understanding of Technology Risk events. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, confident working with data.Excellent communicator, able to explain risk in straightforward terms.Flexible, organised, and able to adapt quickly to business change.Kindly note that a valid Luxembourg work permit is required for consideration.
