Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Middle CRM Manager to join our global team.

ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage end-to-end CRM strategy and execution across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging. Leverage advanced segmentation and lifecycle modeling to build personalized, targeted campaign journeys. Utilize iGaming-specific CRM platforms to create automated lifecycle flows, including onboarding, retention, churn prevention, and reactivation. Partner with data analysts to interpret customer behavior, campaign performance, and retention KPIs – applying insights to continuously optimize messaging and strategy. Lead A/B and multivariate testing frameworks to drive actionable improvements across all communication channels. Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand tone and meets local regulatory requirements.

Develop and refine bonus mechanics, loyalty programs, and incentive schemes based on player segmentation and activity trends. Ensure all CRM activities comply with regulatory standards and responsible gambling practices across key markets. Qualifications2–3 years of hands-on CRM experience in the iGaming or betting industry. Proficiency with CRM tools/platforms such as Optimove, FastTrack, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar. Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into meaningful action. Experience building and optimizing multichannel lifecycle campaigns using automated workflows. Solid understanding of bonus/reward mechanics and their strategic use in player engagement.

Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders across content, product, and marketing. Strong project management skills and the ability to execute and prioritize multiple campaigns under tight deadlines. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, for internal collaboration and campaign content oversight. Nice to haveExperience managing VIP retention strategies or player loyalty programs. Familiarity with CRM efforts focused on new market expansion and campaign localization.
