We value innovation, quality, passion, integrity, and responsibility in all that we do, and we are looking for great people to join our team as we move forward towards a very bright future.You can learn more about InComm Payments by visiting our Website or connecting with us on LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram.About This OpportunityThe Quality Assurance Analyst reports directly to the Quality Assurance Supervisor and is responsible for the analysis, troubleshooting and follow up on Quality Checks performed for the Data Quality Assurance Program (QDAP), including Policies and Procedures, with the focus being the Site Visit Program.ResponsibilitiesReports directly to the Quality Supervisor.Work with the Quality Supervisor to help oversee the daily operations of the Quality Data Assurance Program (QDAP)/Site Visit Program.Perform Site Visits to ensure oversight of merchants in 50 States and 2 US territories.Serve as the primary back up to the supervisor.Conduct periodic testing of Operating Procedures.Perform daily administrative tasks associated with Quality Assurance testing.Work with Quality Supervisor to develop and present reports, including key metrics, as directed to support projects, programs, and State regulatory examinations as needed.Draft and execute quality assurance policies and procedures.Identify defects in procedures, processes, data sources and immediately report them to the Quality Assurance Supervisor.Trains new QA personnel.Additional projects, as directed by the Quality Assurance Supervisor and/or Compliance Officer.Qualifications3+ Years of Quality Assurance experienceFintech, Payments, or Financial Services related experience preferredAbility to manage time and remain organized in a fast-paced and changing environmentCapable of troubleshooting problems and identifying solutionsCollege degree or commensurate business experienceCAMS Certification preferred, or the commitment to obtain within the first 12 months of employmentMicrosoft Office Suite experience with Excel focusSelf-starter able to work well independentlyAvailable to travel at least 50% to 80% of time for site visitsHigh attention to detailStrong oral & written communication skillsStrong business presentation skillsInComm Payments provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin, citizenship, veteran’s status, age, disability status, genetics or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law.This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Bonus Program - Tier I
