Kredivo performs instant credit risk decisions on its users using more than 5000 features that span a user's digital footprint.About The RoleLead a team of analysts to ensure all risk and regulatory reports meet with the deadline and other requirements especially in term of accuracy and complianceContinuously review the process, timelines and quality of reportsWorking with respective units to accommodate changes on business process or regulations into reporting databases and reportsMaintain reporting databases and solve any issues related to themPrepare data for any inquiries from the regulators, lenders and other stakeholdersAbout YouCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in any fieldMinimum 3 years working experience of handling MIS/Analytics for Credit/Risk Management in Banking/Multifinance/Fintech or equivalentPrevious exposure to regulatory reports, e.g. SLIK, SILARAS, PUSDAFILHaving at least 1 year of experience in managing a teamExperience working with large datasets using SQL is a mustGood communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and EnglishGood logical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills
