Job Description
Responsibilities :- Evaluate operational risks of the Company relating to products, services, systems and processes according to the company’s Risk Management Policies and Procedures.- Conduct operational risk assessments for all Divisions/Departments within Alpha in conjunction with relevant Department Heads in order to identify and evaluate applicable operational risks. - Recommend controls and/or process improvements to address control deficiencies that surfaced as a result of risk assessment exercises, or operational loss events. - Proactively identify and address operational risk issues and weakness in existing products, policies and processes as well as new products, markets and procedures and advice on process and products structure to lessen the operational risk exposure to the company.- Operational risk incident management and coordination for their resolution- Create operational risk awareness across the organization- Maintain Operational risk loss records and root cause analysis for major incidents- Carry out Fraud awareness and fraud investigations inline with SAMA anti-fraud rulesQualifications :2-4 Years of relevant experienceBachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldSkills & Competencies : Knowledge of Risk/Financial/Operations/Market analysis/Fraud/Credit
