Job DescriptionSet up, launch, and monitor CRM communication campaigns across multiple channels, including one-time and automated flows via email, SMS, and messengersManage campaign workflows from planning to execution, ensuring timely and accurate deliveryMonitor and analyze engagement, deliverability, and conversion metrics, applying insights to optimize future campaignsCollaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communicationsConduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagementMaintain accurate records of campaign configurations and results for reporting and optimization purposesQualifications2+ year of CRM experience (gambling/betting);Strong understanding of engagement and deliverability metrics and proven ability to work with them effectivelyExperience in setting up and managing email, SMS, and messenger communication flows (both one-time and automated)Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platformsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insightsDetail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneouslyProficiency in English for internal communication and content reviewAdditional InformationOur Benefit Cafeteria is Packed with Goodies:
