You will be responsible for gathering and prioritizing product requirements, translating them into actionable user stories, and ensuring that our development teams deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our users.
Your expertise in the FinTech sector, along with your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, will drive the success of our portals. Your mission: Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, merchants, and consumers to ensure alignment with business objectives. Create and prioritize a product backlog, writing clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure timely and quality delivery. Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and decisions, providing clarity and guidance to the team.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and support communication between business operations and the development team to ensure clarity on delivered features across all relevant teams. Champion a customer-centric approach, advocating for user needs and ensuring a seamless experience across both portals. What will you need?3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the FinTech space, preferably with a focus on digital portals or platforms. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
Proven ability to translate complex requirements into clear and actionable user stories. Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive product decisions and improvements. Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices for web and mobile applications.
