We’re searching for a USA based Project Coordinator located in EST or CST to join our Technical Services team, so that we can deliver seamless implementation and integration projects that bring RL6 and Risk & Safety solutions to life for our customers. The Project Coordinator will collaborate with internal teams and clients to coordinate and track technical project activity in order to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality project delivery across North America.

How You’ll Spend Your TimeCoordinate technical projects (implementations, integrations, migrations) to ensure timely progression and customer satisfaction Run reports using tools like OpenAir in order to track project timelines, resource usage, and follow-ups Manage tickets in Zendesk to monitor project tasks and escalate risks or delays to the appropriate internal stakeholders Communicate with clients and internal teams to document project requirements, deliverables, and success metrics Contribute to process improvement by developing templates, sharing insights, and standardizing documentation for repeatable success What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You HavingPrevious experience in a project coordination or implementation support role Proven success in managing concurrent projects while effectively communicating across cross-functional teams Proficient knowledge of Excel (creating reports, analyzing and exporting data) A resourceful mindset and quick learning skills A knack for working collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Must be located in Eastern or Central time zone By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best.
