Job Description

Manage and develop relationships with non-borrowing corporate and commercial clients, ensuring their banking needs are met efficiently. Promote the bank's products and services through direct and cross-selling to attract new clients, deposits, and current accounts. Implement strategies to expand the client base, increase market share, and grow deposits in coordination with corporate and business departments. Maintain regular client communication, address inquiries, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure client satisfaction. Conduct field visits and maintain an updated client database. Monitor competitor interest rates, adjust deposit pricing, and analyze deposit balance trends to inform strategic decisions. Prepare reports and statistics on client deposit activity, including withdrawals, deposits, and portfolio performance. Participate in business continuity and emergency response teams to minimize crisis impact and ensure rapid operational recovery. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field. Minimum 8-10 years of banking experience, including at least 5 years in corporate lending or relationship management. Preferably experienced with major corporations, industrial and commercial groups, and large economic entities. Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Proficiency in computer use and banking systems. Thorough knowledge of the bank's products, services, policies, and procedures. Strong direct and cross-selling skills. Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and motivate teams. Familiarity with Companies Law, Banking Law, and Central Bank regulations is an advantage.
