Shifts will vary and may change based on assignment.All new graduate RNs will be automatically enrolled in a one year Nurse Residency Program that is designed to support the transition from academia to professional nursing practice. The program focus is on nursing leadership, quality outcomes, and the professional role.ResponsibilitiesBridgeport Hospital is hiring for New Graduate Registered Nurses in various areas of the hospital to start in Winter 2025/Spring 2026.Shifts are assigned based on the needs of the hiring unit.To qualify, candidates must have an anticipated graduation date of December 2025 or January 2026.QualificationsEDUCATION: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
