Job Title: Road Safety Audit Team LeaderJob DescriptionThe Road Safety Audit Team Leader is responsible for leading, conducting, and managing traffic and road safety audits and activities across all project stages. This role oversees the delivery of Traffic Safety Audits, safety reviews, and road safety studies, ensuring alignment with international best practices and client requirements. The position also involves cross-disciplinary collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring junior staff to support high-quality project outcomes. The candidate should have Road Safety Audit Team Leader certification from competent authorities. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Traffic Safety Audits for all road types and project stages (concept to detailed design).Conduct and analyze crash data, traffic safety reviews, and road safety studies.Collaborate with road and traffic engineers to develop and refine safety-related design details.Evaluate vulnerable road user (VRU) safety and recommend improvement measures.Provide expert analysis using safety tools, data, and safety performance methods.Apply the Safe System Approach in selected safety assessments and recommendations.Participate in client and external meetings.Contribute to technical discussions, proposals, and strategic project development.Perform additional related duties as assigned.
