Job Description: Advise on and ensure the streamlined development of Marketing & Corporate Communication policies and processes, ensuring alignment with RTA's strategies and vision.
Provide expert guidance on departmental policies and processes related to marketing functionsAdvise on the implementation of quality management models based on EFQM, DGEP, or ISO standards, ensuring the achievement of quality objectives to maintain best practices in Marketing & Corporate Communication in accordance with RTA guidelinesPrepare comprehensive analysis reports that showcase achieved results, conduct gap analyses, develop operational improvement plans, and provide key recommendations to enhance the department's performanceEnsure the effective implementation of improvement plans/projects, the RTA Strategic Business Plan, and closely monitor the execution of enhancement initiativesOversee the development of Marketing & Corporate Communication Operational Plans, provide strategic guidance on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for diverse areas, oversee performance to achieve targeted KPIs, and ensure the regular provision of comprehensive reports to the department director, additionally offering expert advice on areas for improvementAnalyze and enhance existing processes and workflows to promote effectiveness and efficiency, involving potential actions such as standardization, simplification, optimization, and re-engineering.
Additionally, lead initiatives to streamline and automate departmental processes and job orders and prepare related reportsEvaluate and audit the implementation of policies and processes within the department, including conducting comprehensive gap analyses to identify areas for improvementConduct business service analysis, identify areas for improvement, and ensure proper implementation while monitoring progressAdvise on the improvement of Marketing & Corporate Communication functions in alignment with best practices.
Ensure the implementation of continuous development initiativesConduct a comprehensive analysis to identify and assess risks within the department, providing strategic recommendations to manage and mitigate operational risks proactivelyParticipate in the department's awards plan and contribute to the thorough preparation of award submission documentation within the departmentManage and oversee the implementation of projects and initiatives within the marketing and corporate communication department as assigned by the department director. Ensure successful project execution and completionOversee the adherence of various sections to relevant legislation, laws, and administrative orders, ensuring timely declaration of compliance in the system.
