Enjoy up to 20 days of Paid Time Off per year to rechargeQSHERA REIMBURSEMENT INSURANCE PLANThe role – your passionAs Station Manager, you’re the captain of your station — leading by example, owning every part of the road surfing journey, and ensuring our campervans are road-ready, safe, and spotless. You’ll manage local fleet logistics, lead your crew of Station Service Specialists and Agents, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while working closely with our US leadership and global teams. Your core responsibilities: Manage all aspects of daily operations: fleet, logistics, bookings, staffing, customer service, and maintenance.

Oversee and ensure vehicle readiness: from inspections and repairs to deep cleans and safety checks. Recruit, train, and lead your station crew, creating schedules and supporting team development. Handle customer questions, exchanges, contracts, and create memorable experiences at every touchpoint. Ensure OSHA and safety compliance across the team and facility. Monitor KPIs and analyze trends to optimize performance and profitability. Partner with local service vendors, manage inventory, and troubleshoot any station needs. Keep your station in tip-top shape — literally! You'll occasionally roll up your sleeves to support with hands-on camper prep.

What You Need To Surf The Wave With UsHigh school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in business administration or similar is desired. At least 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in areas such as car rental, tourism, hospitality or similarIntermediate to Advanced knowledge of OSHA, Microsoft Office and wage & hour labor laws. Experience in leading and building high performance teams. Must pass OSHA10 training within 90 days of hire. Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills. Resilient problem-solving abilities and highly organized. Availability to work onsite with open availability including weekends.

Must hold a valid in state driver's license & due to insurance requirements, must be 21 years of age or older. Must submit and maintain a clear background check and motor vehicle history.
