Roadway Design Project Engineer

We are looking for a talented Civil Engineer to join our Roadway/Highway Design team. This opportunity can be based out of any of our Indiana offices. The ideal candidate for this role will be a Professional Engineer with experience working on LPA and/or INDOT roadway design projects. Takes a lead role in project planning, design, and implementation. Manages project tasks, budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Delegates work to project team members. Coordinates with clients to understand project requirements and expectations. Performs detailed engineering analysis and design tasks. Assists with proposals or funding applications. Mentors junior engineers and provides technical guidance.
