A client of Robert Half is currently seeking an experienced and data-driven Ecommerce Manager to lead and grow their online sales channels. In this role, you will be responsible for managing their ecommerce platform, optimizing the customer journey, and driving revenue through digital campaigns, merchandising, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the ecommerce website(s)Develop and execute online sales strategies to meet revenue targetsAnalyze traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to optimize performanceOversee product listings, pricing, and promotionsCollaborate with marketing, design, and supply chain teamsRequirements:
3–5 years of ecommerce experience, preferably in retail or consumer goodsProficiency with ecommerce platforms (e. g. , Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce)Strong knowledge of SEO, analytics tools (Google Analytics), and conversion optimizationExcellent project management and communication skills
