The RoleReporting directly to the Managing Director, you will drive both technology transformation and enablement across the business.
Your broader mission will be to lead the implementation of digital transformation projects, build integrated platforms connecting sales, service, and operations, whilst helping shape the group’s technology strategy. You will be tasked with optimising recent ERP investments in Business Central and Salesforce optimisation projects across multiple sites. High level proficiency and a track record of demonstrable success will be sought in the following areas. Proven leadership of complex IT infrastructure and digital security initiativesDeep platform expertise, especially Salesforce and Microsoft Business CentralStrong commercial acumen with experience managing high-value vendor contracts.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and risk frameworksDesirable industry experience includes exposure within Sales/Distribution, FMCG, Retail and/or Logistics industries.
