HR Graduate – Financial Services Location: Ireland | Full-Time | €27,500 per annumRobert Half is partnering with a leading organisation in the financial services sector to recruit an HR Graduate for their Ireland operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent HR graduate to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment and develop a well-rounded HR career. The Role: As an HR Graduate, you will provide essential support to the HR function and gain exposure to all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including: Handling HR administration, documentation, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Acting as a first point of contact for employee queries. Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and HR communications. Supporting talent management and workforce planning initiatives. Ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation. Collaborating with international HR colleagues to align local activities with global objectives. Generating HR reports and liaising with external partners as needed. Your Profile: A recent degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Strong interest in developing a career in HR. Knowledge of Irish employment legislation is advantageous but not essential. Excellent communication, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills.
