Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Generalist to oversee key HR functions and ensure smooth operations within our organization. This role involves managing recruitment processes, employee benefits, and onboarding while supporting staff and leadership in various HR-related activities. Based in Bethel, Pennsylvania, this position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on employee engagement and organizational success. Responsibilities: • Facilitate the onboarding process by coordinating employment documentation, conducting screenings, and ensuring new hires have a seamless transition. • Serve as a liaison between candidates, managers, and senior leadership by effectively communicating updates and relevant information.

• Oversee job postings, screen applicants, and assist management in making informed hiring decisions. • Coordinate the annual benefits enrollment process in collaboration with leadership, ensuring timely and accurate implementation. • Monitor employee benefits, assist staff in understanding available programs, and manage invoices from insurance providers. • Conduct regular handbook reviews and assign tasks using Teams to maintain compliance and streamline communication. • Manage offboarding processes to address employee needs, safeguard business security, and ensure benefit-related matters are resolved. • Handle special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned to meet organizational goals. •Experience in benefits administration is preferred.

• Ability to travel to other branch locations for onboarding and benefits enrollment activities. • Strong knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulations governing employee benefit programs. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
