The company is making significant investments in expanding its manufacturing capabilities in Shanghai, with a new facility set to begin operations in 2025. This expansion will enable increased production capacity for local and regional markets, creating opportunities for incremental business growth. You’ll work closely with our global CEO and regional leaders to craft strategies that resonate locally while staying true to our global vision. What You’ll Be DoingShaping Market Growth: Lead the development of strategies to expand our product portfolio and grow our presence in China and APAC.

Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and execute go-to-market plans tailored to regional needs. Driving Product & Pricing Strategies: Adapt existing products or define new ones that meet customer expectations. Create competitive pricing models that reflect local dynamics while maintaining alignment with global frameworks. Building Brand Relevance: Develop branding strategies that connect with regional customers while preserving the integrity of our global brand. Use market insights to position us as a trusted partner in key industries. Maximizing New Opportunities: Leverage the additional capacity of our new manufacturing facility to generate incremental revenue without disrupting existing streams.

Here’s what makes you stand out: Experience & Expertise: You have 8–10 years of senior-level experience in business development, sales, or general management within industrial or manufacturing sectors. You’ve successfully driven growth in international markets, especially in China/APAC. Regional Knowledge: You understand the unique dynamics of the APAC region—its customer behaviors, competitive landscapes, regulatory environments—and know how to navigate them effectively. Leadership Skills:

You inspire confidence at all levels, from C-suite stakeholders to cross-functional teams. You’ve led diverse groups across cultures and fostered collaboration toward shared goals. Strategic Thinking & Execution: You see the big picture but also know how to roll up your sleeves to get things done. Whether it’s managing large-scale investments or identifying untapped opportunities, you deliver results. Communication Excellence: Your ability to communicate clearly and persuasively sets you apart—whether negotiating deals, presenting strategies, or building relationships with partners. Language Proficiency:
