Job Description

A growing professional services firm is currently recruiting for an experienced Company Secretary to join its dynamic corporate and aviation advisory team. This role represents an exciting opportunity to lead the development of a centralised company secretarial function, consolidating responsibilities that are currently spread across multiple legal teams within the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Advise a portfolio of corporate clients on compliance and governance obligations under the Companies Act 2014. Provide legal and corporate support on aviation-related transactions and broader commercial matters. Draft and file statutory documentation, including Annual Returns, board minutes, resolutions, and company forms.

Maintain and update statutory registers and corporate databases. Contribute to the enhancement and oversight of the firm's internal compliance framework. Work closely with legal, finance, and client management teams on both advisory and compliance work streams. Key Requirements: ICSA/CGI qualified (or equivalent) with at least 3 years' experience managing CoSec functions across multiple entities (in a legal practice, corporate service provider, or in-house team). Strong working knowledge of Irish company law and corporate governance best practices. Meticulous attention to detail and highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to manage deadlines, work independently, and interact confidently with clients and stakeholders. Experience in aviation finance or exposure to special purpose vehicles (SPVs) is a distinct advantage, though not essential. Robert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
