Business Analyst I

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings.  They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking. Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our client.  Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend Pay Rate: Starting from $28 per hourLocation: Toronto, ONLocation Type: Hybrid: onsite 2 days a week, moving to 4 days in NovBusiness Hours:  Monday to Friday; Core Business Hours Job Responsibilities:  Conduct regular, ongoing analysis, evaluation / assessment of field vendor performance including SLA trends and root cause.

Create statistical reports for service call trend analysis. Work with management and specialists to achieve Service Delivery KPI through collaborative reports. Support the development of presentations/communications and dissemination of information for stakeholders. Ensure that business operations adhere to guidelines established by internal risk/compliance advisors and external regulators. Continuously enhance knowledge / expertise in own area and keep current emerging trends/developments and grow knowledge of the business, analytical tools and techniques. Prioritize and manage own workload to deliver quality results and meet assigned timelines.

Support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest. Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness and operational efficiency. Establish effective relationships across multiple business and technology partners, program and project managers.
