Our ambition is to guide and automate earthmoving machines and you will be a part of the team who focus on sensor integration, control loop design and automation.As robotic software intern, you will be a part of a team who develop our unique 3D machine control solutions for the contracting industry. You will develop embedded 3D software for our systems/components, that help the contracting industry controlling their machinery accurately and according to the architecture specified by the architect.You will be a part of a development team of highly experienced developers who are ready to share best practices experience and learn from you about the new trends and technologies from the university research.Your primary tasks will be:Create design for development of sensor integration, control loop and automationProgram software in C++ and Unity 3D for embedded systemsImplement software on devices, sensors etc.Test software accuracy and document resultsWork with automated test systems Co-operate with colleagues on the development of new systemsUse agile development tools like Git/Jira/BitbucketYour profileYou have experience with C++ software with a passion for new technology and a drive to solve complex challenges. Ideally, you already have several years of programming experience from personal hobby projects or similar.You have the drive to learn quickly and can push the things forward by yourself. You will be faced with a large variety of development tasks and engage with the customers.
