You have a background in robotics, vision, and automation, and you’re eager to develop software that enables seamless human-robot interaction.🎯 What you will doDesign, develop, and test cutting-edge software for collaborative robotic systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, to create intuitive and efficient cobotic solutions.Develop algorithms for real-time control, motion planning, and sensor integration.Implement machine learning models, vision, and AI techniques to enhance robot autonomy.Ensure software reliability, safety, and compliance with industry standards.Debug, optimize, and fine-tune software performance for real-world applications.Document software designs, processes, and protocols.Stay up to date with the latest robotics and automation trends and apply them in projects.Deploy robotic systems at customer sites and provide technical support.👤 What you bringBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or related field.Proven experience in software development for robotics/automation.Familiarity with hardware-in-the-loop systems.Strong programming skills in Python or C++.Experience with ROS1/ROS2 or similar middleware.Solid understanding of control systems, kinematics, and sensor integration.Knowledge of machine learning, vision systems, and AI is a plus.Having experience with PLC’s (like Siemens/Sigmatek) is a plusStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).🌿 What we offerBe part of a young and ambitious team where no challenge is too big.Opportunities to grow your expertise and develop new skills.A culture based on authenticity, openness, and drive.A solid salary package with growth potential.An inspiring workspace in Turnhout.A fun and energetic team spirit – we work hard and celebrate together.Growing responsibilities as the company scales up.📩 Excited to join us?
