As the P&C Business Partner for RIS, you will play a key role in shaping the future and success of RIS by bringing an entrepreneurial mindset and strategic perspective to the team.
You will translate business priorities into impactful people strategies, champion a culture of innovation and inclusion, and help scale our digital health ecosystem by supporting teams at our Vienna Global Site, working at mySugr and beyond. As a trusted strategic partner and coach, this role is accountable for fostering Roche leadership framework, enhancing organizational design and effectiveness (including driving mindset, behavior, and ways-of-working transformations), building an inclusive work culture, and ensuring future talent and capability readiness.
