As a Talent Acquisition Partner in People Support Solutions, you will strongly collaborate with hiring managers and senior management in recruitment of Roche's affiliates, individually managing a portfolio of requisitions and focusing on meeting and exceeding hiring manager's expectations and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Your OpportunityThe responsibilities for this role include:

Recruiting and supporting open requisitions by reviewing resumes/applications, screening candidates, processing offers and other recruiting activities as needed in WorkdayManaging expectations of hiring managers and candidates including identifying and resolving issuesCoaching managers in providing feedback to candidates, developing offers, determining competenciesUtilizing, updating and maintaining applicant tracking systemsContributing to the development of recruitment process improvements and projects as neededWho you are: We are looking for a self motivated person, really passionate about their job and understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organization.

As an ideal team member you are open-minded, dedicated to make a difference and open to constant development. Advanced language skills in English and Spanish are required, both written and spoken (French & Portuguese are a plus)Experience in the field of Recruiting or HR Operations / HR ServicesStrong customer centricity, end-to-end accountability, problem-solving skills, growth and agile mindset in ambiguous situationsAbility to influence and manage partners’ expectation, strong stakeholder management skillsStrong teamwork and collaboration skills, a strong drive for results and a positive attitudeRelocation benefits are not available for this job posting.
