The PositionMedical Science LiaisonThe Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will be responsible for driving the implementation of diagnostic medical strategies in the areas of cardiology, endocrinology, and oncology across Central Asia, the Caucasus, and Mongolia. As a field-based medical expert, the MSL will engage with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and scientific societies to support evidence-based use of innovative diagnostic solutions, facilitate medical education, and contribute to better patient outcomes through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities:

Local adaptation and execution of global/regional medical strategies in the relevant therapeutic areasEstablish and manage scientific collaborations with KOLs, clinical investigators, and diagnostic experts in the regionProvide up-to-date and scientifically sound information on key diagnostics (e. g.

, NT-proBNP for heart failure, CGM for diabetes, HPV DNA testing for cervical cancer screening)Support real-world data generation initiatives, including investigator-initiated studies (IIS) and local evidence programsActively contribute to early access programs and launch readiness activitiesGather and communicate field insights to inform strategic planning and evidence generation needsWork closely with regulatory, market access, and commercial colleagues while ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and external regulationsDeliver scientific training and develop/adapt non-promotional materials for internal and external useRequired Qualifications and Competencies:

Advanced degree in medicine, pharmacy, or life sciences (MD, PharmD, PhD preferred)Clinical or scientific expertise in at least one of the key areas: cardiology, endocrinology, oncology, or diagnostics3+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, clinical research, or a related role in the pharmaceutical/diagnostics industryProven ability to engage credibly with KOLs and healthcare decision-makersStrong analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skillsHigh ethical standards and demonstrated compliance awarenessFluent in English and Russian (written and spoken); Kazakh language is an assetWillingness to travel extensively across the assigned regionWho we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
