As a Marketing and Digital Enabler you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the Affiliate.
This role involves managing marketing campaigns, and working to improve brand awareness and drive commercial excellence with a great emphasis on realizing great customer experience and satisfaction. In this role, you will provide strategic insights based on market trends to the disease area teams/squads that identify key opportunities and challenges for Roche. This will ensure decision makers have the relevant information to effectively make strategic decisions and ensure the continued growth of the organization's business outcomes. You will also enables meaningful customer (Healthcare professional [HCP], patient, payer, etc.
) interactions with Roche products and services using existing and emerging relationship marketing and digital channels, communications strategies and technology. Additionally, you will work with Customer Facing teams to deliver digital marketing campaigns, strategies and other tactics to audiences that help meet or exceed business strategies and objectives.

Analysing patterns and trends to better support delivery on outcomesDevelopment of dashboards to assist stakeholders in improving decision-making and forecast capabilitiesOversee core marketing operations and infrastructure; planning and execution of high impactful commercial eventsCoaching of disease area teams/squads on key indicators and trends while ensuring highest quality and integrity of dataConduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive positioning, ensuring campaigns are tailored to meet customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product managers, sales teams, and medical affairs, to develop compelling marketing content and materials that effectively communicate key product benefits and value propositionsOperationalDevelop key reporting metrics and performance indicators around business objectives to support better and more informed business decisionsProvide recommendations on various statistical modeling techniques to apply within projectsIdentify, standardize and automate integration of critical reporting metrics and modeling tools to support evolving business needs and opportunitiesProvide support, consultation and training on reports as needed to ensure their use and effectiveness among usersDesign, and execute procedures to produce daily, weekly, month and quarterly reports:
Product performance versus plan; competitive analysisSupport the Business Development chapter by designing, developing and maintaining sales forecasts and budgets while maintaining the role of liaison between Primary Points of Contacts, marketing team, and the Finance teamCoordinate the development of Annual Brand Plans and Budget Planning processEnsure adoption of digital tools and their effective utilisation by internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure adequate and timely marketing support for Affiliate Squads, while maintaining and developing affiliate digital marketing and engagement capabilitiesDesign and implement training programmes to up-skill Primary Points of Contacts and Marketing team on analytics, digital tools and platforms and the use of reports in order to create a high performance cultureDigital MarketingContent creationDigital StrategyWho You Are as an Ideal CandidateQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Science or a related field.
Master's degree is a plusMinimum of 4 years proven work experience as a Marketing/Brand Manager or similar role in the healthcare industryIn-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, content management systems, and analytics tools.
