This role is responsible for ensuring the campus runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and operational acumen, and an understanding of the live events industry. OUTCOMES:

(What must get done and how will we measure success)Operational LeadershipDirect all day-to-day campus operations, including studio management, campus logistics and maintenance, event and tenant managementSupport the matrix organization structure, coordinate with Global Studio VP on strategy and business development while driving local operationsDevelop, and Implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiencyEnsure our facility, amenities, and services meet the highest standards of readiness and service excellenceTeam Management Lead, hire, and develop a multidisciplinary team across studio operations, facility maintenance, and operational support Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement by providing ongoing training and performance evaluations across operational teamsStakeholder & Partnership Management Serve as the senior point of contact for vendors, stakeholders, and on-campus construction, resolving escalated service concernsCollaborate with Sales team to navigate any client concernsSupport and manage tenants on the campus to ensure collaboration and positive experiencesDrive our service culture, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for all clientsStrategic & Financial Oversight Manage campus and studio budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting Drive capital and resource planning processes, including budget preparation and request coordination, to support operational efficiency and long-term growth Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and business development Continuously evaluate expense vs.

impact across operational teamsFacility ManagementManage a facilities team that oversees the upkeep, safety, and functionality of all buildings, studios, and equipment and ensures adherence to all health, safety, and regulatory standardsRequirementsCOMPETENCIES:

CRITICAL 5+ years of experience in operations or general management, preferably in live entertainment, venue, hotel, or campus operations Proven leadership experience managing large teams and complex facilities Strong knowledge of production logistics, artist relations, and hospitality Familiarity with scheduling and facility management software Flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and emergencies as neededCULTURAL A passion for live entertainment Strong ability to work with people and form relationships Open to continuous learning in a dynamic environment, willingness to pivot as business needs shift Ability to remain calm in difficult and/or complex situations and maintain an action oriented, problem-solving mindset Demonstrate pride and ownership in your workPHYSICAL Frequent walking throughout campus but may remain stationary for long periods of time Frequent use of manual dexterity to type, and use office equipment Occasional exposure to concert level audio output, lasers, bright or flashing light, fog, and other elements one might experience in a live event production environmentIn addition to the functions listed above, the employee is expected to exercise honesty, integrity and respect with all clients and co-workers, maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, maintain good attendance by working when and where directed, respect the work environment and keep it as neat and clean as possible.
