We are looking for people who are passionate about education :

You are a graduate in the field of education, recognised in Luxembourg (recognition and classification of diplomas);You have successful professional experience in non-formal education with children aged 0 to 4;Fluency in French is essential for team integration.

Fluency in another language is a plus;Dynamic and available, you show initiative;You have proven skills in supervising and leading a group of children;You are creative and can put forward proposals for activities and team-based educational projects;You have good listening and communication skills, enabling you to create a climate of quality and trust within the organisation;You will have good writing skills, enabling you to write logbooks, reports and communications to parents on our digital media. Your Role At RockidsWelcoming children while ensuring their physical, moral and emotional safety.

Accompany them through the various stages of their lives: reception, activities, meals, changing, outings, etc. Supporting children in their individual and collective developmentDrawing up and implementing medium- and long-term educational projects, in order to contribute to children's early learning and overall development as part of a team project. Participating in the structure's networking with external partners (educational outings, social projects, ecological projects, etc. )Establish and maintain professional communication and ensure quality communication with families. Respect, apply and pass on the educational and pedagogical aspects of the establishment's project.
