You will be at our office in Hedehusene, but having the world as your work site. How are you?We are looking for a Civil Project Manager who will coordinate and manage civil design and construction activities in relation to the new investment projects in ROCKWOOL Group. You will represent Group Technology in close coordination with multiple stakeholders and teams in Denmark as well as abroad. Analytical thinking, solid construction experience, and excellent communication skills will be essential for the Civil Project Manager role described.
What You Will Be DoingLead and execute design and construction management activitiesResponsible for all construction project scope related quality, budget, time schedule, certification, approvals, and health & safety checksLeading civil design consultant and all design related activities including permits in coordination with factory and process teamsResponsible for efficient cooperation in the core teamsPreparing design specifications and tender documentsManaging main and sub-contractorsPrepare and follow-up civil time schedule in accordance with overall project time scheduleImplementation of health & safety set-up and daily application through Site Safety SupervisorEnsure that Site Safety Supervisor has the required mandate to take needed actions to ensure safetyCoordination with Factory organization design and site activitiesResponsible for efficient budget follow-up in relation to design and construction activitiesClear communication to core team and stakeholders No restriction to travel, moderate travel activity should be expectedBe proactive in all the responsibilities described aboveYour qualifications and experience :
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master's degree within civil or mechanical engineering and/or project managementAt least 10 year of work experienceStrong project management record in large scale projects (5+ years’ experience)Working experience with multinational teams and contractorsIndustrial project experience is preferredFamiliarity with Prince 2 is a plusWritten and spoken English Language to a high professional business level is a must, additional knowledge in Danish is preferredDriver’s licenseWhat We OfferWe have 80 years of experience developing and producing products within the stone wool industry.
