ROLLER SINGLE DRUM OPERATOR

Position: Roller Single Drum OperatorSalary : 3500 AEDLocation: Abu DhabiKey Responsibilities: Operate a single drum roller to compact and level soil, asphalt, and other materials on construction sites Perform pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on the roller to ensure safe and efficient operation Adjust roller controls and manipulate levers and pedals to control speed and direction of the roller Coordinate with the construction team to determine proper compaction methods and ensure surfaces are compacted to project specifications Monitor the condition of the roller and report any malfunctions or needed repairs to the supervisor Maintain a clean and organized work area and perform general labor duties as needed Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all timesQualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a single drum roller in a construction setting Valid driver's license and clean driving record Knowledge of roller controls and ability to read and interpret grade stakes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing work conditions Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work overtime and weekends as neededWe Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career growth and development A supportive and diverse work environment Training and resources to enhance your skills and knowledge
