Position summary:

During this internship, you’ll be supporting shipment tracking, data entry, invoice coordination, client communication, and cross-functional collaboration with logistics, finance, service, and warehouse teams. What you’ll be doing: Logistics support: provide support to the logistics department, following up on the status of shipments and track shipments process from origin to destinationData entry and analysis: record keeping and registering shipments details in chronological orderAccounts payable support: work closely with the finance department on invoice paymentsService support: work closely with the Service department by providing updates on shipments, costs and quotationsPrepare comparison between planned and actual costs for projectsClients:

handle communication with direct clients for pickups and deliveriesWarehouse and materials: keep a register of materials of inbound and outbound movementsOther tasks as assigned by managerSupport other departments when neededWho we’re looking for: In order to be considered for this role, you must be a UAE resident and currently live in one of the following emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, or Fujairah.

Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field who is able to work full-timeStrong communication skills, both written and verbalProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Familiar with SAP software and Power BI is desirableDetail oriented, organised and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyA positive attitude and willingness to learn is essentialCommercially aware with a focus on business impactAbility to prioritise and organise workload in a busy environmentPlease be aware that the Rolls-Royce site is in a remote location (Jebel Ali Free Zone) with limited public transport access therefore the driving licence will be desirable.
