We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits.We are looking for a Romanian VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.RequirementsProficiency in Romanian and English written and spoken;Proactive person with good support/sales skills;Strong communication and negotiation skills;Attention to details;Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.Duties And ResponsibilitiesBeing able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues;Able to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs;Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting;Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations;Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage.Hours must be worked during shift business hours (between 8 am and 2 am; 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per month)We Offer Excellent BenefitsCompetitive salary and Monthly KPIs bonus;Working in a dynamic International company;Ability of career and professional growth within the company;Social benefits and team buildings;Sunny, spacious office.Bold moves start here.
