In this high-impact role, you will be the go-to expert for all things hiring, owning the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding for both employees and contractors. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers, delivering a value-driven, inclusive, and seamless hiring experience that aligns with our company’s culture and growth goals.

ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the full-cycle recruitment process: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and handoff to onboarding. Support hiring across the U. S. , Puerto Rico, and international locations, for both employees and contractors. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align on recruitment strategies, and deliver a tailored candidate experience. Source top talent domestically and globally using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and other innovative sourcing tools.
Manage high-volume recruitment across multiple departments and time zones. Draft and refine engaging job descriptions in partnership with hiring teams and HR. Build, maintain, and nurture pipelines for current and future talent needs. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in internal systems. Identify and implement improvements to optimize recruiting workflows, reduce time-to-fill, and elevate the candidate experience. Partner with HR to deliver a smooth and consistent onboarding process for every new hire. Qualifications3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including international hiring and contractor sourcing. Demonstrated success in high-volume and multi-location recruitment.
Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and a variety of sourcing platforms and tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously. Clear, professional communication skills with a focus on building relationships across functions. Proven experience collaborating with hiring managers on job design and recruitment strategy. Knowledge of global hiring best practices and experience supporting remote onboarding. Must be based in the United States or Puerto Rico.
