TRIBE Auckland Fort Street (Opening October 2025)If you got vibe, join the TRIBE family!Job DescriptionClean & service all allocated rooms and public spaces to brand standardsAttention to detail, ensuring our guests arrive into a high-level of room cleanlinessCarry out programmed / regular cleaning duties as allocatedUse and clean equipment with care, reporting any defective equipment as set down in procedures manual - adhere to chemical handling and manual handling proceduresAssist with regular equipment stocktakingTurndown service of rooms - replenish amenities for guest areasWork with the other departments in the hotel to help deliver the best and most memorable guest experienceQualificationsApproachable, accommodating, and upbeat! You enjoy working in a team environment and helping others and can take ownership Commitment to adhering to health & safety procedures and policies, making sure to foster a safe work environmentHigh attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional serviceA team player who is reliable and committed Ability to work a 7-day rotational roster including weekends and overnight.
