Senior Manager, Compliance

Job DescriptionThe Project Compliance S. Manager is responsible for ensuring that projects adhere to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. This role involves monitoring compliance, conducting project reviews, and providing guidance to project teams to mitigate risks and enhance project success & final outcomes. ResponsibilitiesCompliance Monitoring: Review project plans and documentation to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Conduct regular assessments of projects to identify non-compliance activities. Perform internal reviews of project processes and controls. Prepare and present compliance reports to management and stakeholders. Assist in the development and implementation of project compliance procedures.

Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices. Provide coaching and support to project teams on project compliance-related matters. Develop educational materials to promote project compliance awareness. Identify potential non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions. Monitor the implementation of the approved corrective actionsServe as the primary point of contact for project compliance inquiries. Liaise with external & internal stakeholders as required. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and project compliance standards. Strong understanding of design, construction, and project management practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
