Specialist, Financial Reporting

Job DescriptionThe specialist, commercial finance is will be part of finance business partnering team for Asset Management Business. ResponsibilitiesThe key tasks will include: Maintaining track of all the payments. Reconciling the processed work of property manager through comparing reports and verifying their entries in the ERP. Supporting Senior Manager in closing the monthly financials Supporting Manager, Commercial Finance in preparing the payments pack for approvals. Continuously enhancing the payment process. Preparing various monthly reports and accounts’ analysis. Support Senior Manager, Commercial Finance in end-to-end requirements of Asset Management finance. Preparing monthly and ad-hoc presentation to senior finance leadership team.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting. Proficiency in ERP systems, with preference for Oracle. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Hand-on experience of preparation of monthly closing schedules related to General LedgerGood communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of external audit coordination (Preference will be given to experience of dealing with Big4 audit firms)Minimum of 4 years working experienceIndustry experience:
