Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring alignment with team availability and project timelinesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scopeSupport ideation and production for brand campaigns and creative content conceptsHandle product ordering, day-of shoot supply management, and prop coordinationBook travel arrangements, build itineraries, and coordinate event logisticsAssist with production tasks, including content preparation, set organization, and shoot coordinationManage backend logistics like thumbnails, titles, descriptions, shorts, and uploadsCollaborate with editors by sharing footage, providing feedback, and tracking revisionsCalendar and track all production deadlines and release datesParticipate in weekly social media calendar planning sessionsResearch and pitch creative ideas for production conceptsMonitor resource allocation and identify optimization opportunitiesThis is the perfect role for someone who wants to commit long-term and has a desire to constantly improve and grow with the channel.
