This is a rare opportunity to join a respected developer-builder with a strong pipeline of residential, mixed-use projects, commercial and industrial across South Australia.

With low staff turnover, a supportive culture, and a clear long-term outlook, this is an ideal role for someone who wants to deliver high-quality work in a high-performing but down-to-earth team. In the short term, you will be required to travel weekly to regional project sites(Port Pirie, Tanunda and Murray Bridge) for the first 6–8 months to check in. Travel is planned within standard business hours wherever possible and will be compensated above the standard rate. Once this initial project phase concludes, your role will transition to being entirely Adelaide-based.

These visits will include a site walkthrough with the Site Manager, a safety inspection, programme and quality review, and a financial check-in. You’ll also host subcontractor meetings at least once a fortnight to keep communication tight and delivery on track. To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience managing construction projects through all phases — from pre-construction through to handover. You are confident in safety, scheduling, quality, and cost management, and you know how to bring trades, consultants, and clients together. Most importantly, you are proactive, well-organised, and take real pride in delivering great outcomes.
